- Opens up your natural ability to transmit energy. Reiki principles, ethics, the history of Reiki, and general hand placements are discussed and practiced. Upon completion of the Reiki Level One workshop you will be able practice daily self healing, as well as providing benefits to family and friends.
- Connects you on a deeper level. Three symbols are taught which are powerful aids in your connection to energy. Mental and Emotional healing are learned as well as the ability to send healing to situations at a distance, either geographically or to a past or future situation.
